The 570-square-foot restaurant is owned and operated by 20-year industry veteran Niki Smith Evans, who also owns and operates other concepts in the Houston area. The new restaurant is open from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m., 7 days per week. When asked why she opened a La Salsa in the particular location, Ms. Smith Evans responded, ?It is the only Mexican style food in Terminal C South, which is extremely busy due to its direct connection to Continental Airlines? new Terminal E. This is the first La Salsa in Houston, and I?m thrilled to be a part of it.?
